The receptionist showed us his favorite cafés on a map, he was very friendly and professional! there was a little birthday present in the room for my bf. Little surprises looked on our bed each evening. the absolute highlight was the whirlpool bathtub! they use l'occitane products too. the cocktails in the hotel bar are top notch.
The gym is quite small, packed with machines, and space is limited. There is no room for stretching or core exercises. they don't provide mats for stretching afterward. the swimming pool water felt uncomfortably cold. The jacuzzi was even colder! cold air was constantly blowing from the vents and doors.

the room was large with high ceilings! the suite was spacious and beautifully furnished, the quality of the furniture and everything else in the hotel was superb. the floor in the bathroom had heated functions.

The hotel is centrally located near the market square, just a five-minute walk. the location is perfect and the hotel is a symbol of the city. i found it easy to explore the area on foot. It was very convenient.

The spa was superb, (I really enjoyed it). The roof terrace bar features amazing views. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always smiling. The breakfast offered a great spread of options, it was well done.
The gym is somewhat small with limited space for stretching.
